Home Access Center Instructions


Please be advised that any parent who wishes to withdraw their student before the end of the school year will not receive an end of year report card for their child, as the student will technically not finish the school year.
To avoid this, your child must stay in attendance thru the last day of school. If you do not plan to return to Deerpark next year and wish to receive an end of year report card, simply enroll the student in another school and they will be mass-withdrawn along with many others after the first day of school. This will not cause any attendance issues and is standard practice across the country. 
If you know you are moving out of state, country, or are moving to another district over the summer, please send an email with your student’s name, school ID number, and the state/country/district to which you are moving to our campus registrar (email address below).

Pre-Registration for 2019-2020:

The 2019-2020 pre-registration window is open as of March 5, 2019, and will close May 23, 2019. Parents who pre-register MUST turn in all registration documentation before noon on May 23rd or they will have to re-register and complete the forms again when the regular registration window opens in July. Further details below.

New Student Registration:

Follow this link to complete the online portion of the registration process for your child: 
  • If you are enrolling your student for this school year, please select an option under the “2018-2019 School Year” header in the link above. 
  • If you are pre-registering for next school year, please select an option under the “2019-2020 School Year” header in the link above.
Documentation you will need to bring to Deerpark in order to enroll:
1. Proof of residence – this must be either closing papers for a home; a lease agreement for a rental property or apartment; or an electric, gas, or water bill. No other forms of documentation will be accepted as proof of residence (unless under special circumstance).
2. Student’s birth certificate
3. Student’s up-to-date vaccination records
4. Student’s social security card
5. Student’s end of year report card or withdrawal form from their previous school
6. Parent/Guardian picture ID

Summer Registration Dates and times for the 2019-2020 School Year:

July 29th thru August 1st
August 5th thru August 8th
Monday & Wednesday:  8 – 10 a.m., 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., 2 – 4 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday:  11 a.m. – 1 p.m., 5 – 7 p.m.

The 2019-2020 transfer window is open from March 1st until 5:00 PM on April 1st, 2019.

Round Rock ISD Community Education Summer Camps are Registering Now!


The Round Rock ISD Community Education Department offers Central Texas children, ages 5 -18, summer enrichment camps beginning the first week of June through August 1. Camps are held Monday through Thursday.


Select from half-day camps, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and full-day camps, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Prices start at $95 per week. Early registration is encouraged and available online.


  • Camp activities include academic, engineering, fine arts, life skills, martial arts, science, computer and a variety of sports.
  • ACT and SAT prep classes, as well as study skills seminars for middle and high school students.


Camps will be held at three Round Rock ISD campuses:



Camps will not be held June 24 through July 4 or on Fridays.
